Terms of service
1. Who we are
This store is operated by GodlyCollections, trading as Godly Collections ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting godlycollections.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you.
3. Everything is made to order
We do not hold stock. Each garment is printed and sewn after you place your order. This means:
- Production takes time before anything ships. Current timelines are on our shipping policy page.
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
- Because each piece is made individually for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Our refund policy sets out the full detail.
4. Products, colours and variation
Our garments use washed and mineral-washed finishes applied before printing. Slight variation in colour, wash intensity and print placement between pieces is normal and intended. No two are identical.
Screens display colour differently. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your device exactly matches the finished garment.
Measurements listed on product pages are taken from the garment laid flat and may vary by up to half an inch.
5. Pricing and errors
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
We try to describe and price everything accurately, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
6. Orders
Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where there has been a pricing error.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
8. Shipping and risk
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel. Please check your shipping address carefully — orders lost or returned because of an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced, because the garment has already been made.
9. Returns
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: no returns for change of mind or sizing, and free replacement for items that arrive misprinted, damaged or defective. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
10. Our artwork
Every design sold here is original work, hand-drawn by our artist. All illustrations, the Godly Collections wordmark, the emblem, product photography and written content on this site are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, print, resell, distribute or create derivative works from our designs, in any medium, without written permission. This includes printing our artwork on garments or other products, whether for sale or personal use, and includes use as training data for machine learning systems.
Buying a garment gives you ownership of that garment. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.
11. Content you submit
If you send us photos, reviews, tags or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and share it in connection with the brand, including on social media and this website. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove any submitted content for any reason.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
13. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access.
14. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services including TikTok, YouTube and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
15. Disclaimer
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
19. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
20. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
